Overview

The HI30 partition panel is a versatile and robust solution for industrial applications, offering comprehensive functionality to suit a variety of needs. Manufactured with precision engineering, this panel is designed with a 30 x 30 mm, 2 mm thick square tube frame, ensuring a durable outer casing. To improve the integrity of the structure, the panels over 2 meters in height are strategically reinforced with an additional 30x30 mm square tube in the middle to prevent possible deflection due to external forces. The mesh structure, a key part of the panel, is carefully constructed from 4 mm diameter steel wire and smartly welded to a mesh size of 50 x 50 mm. This configuration provides the best balance of visibility, safety, and durability. Hitech emphasizes customization and offers a wide range of standard dimensions with width range of 300mm to 2000mm with 6 standard width sizes, Hitech also provide two variants in height of 1250 and 2050 mm to suit different industrial needs. For even more flexibility, a 300mm wide extension with matching 50 x 50 mesh and frame on one side is available. These extensions are designed with holes strategically placed 100mm apart for easy installation into adjacent panels. The entire panel, including the extension, is finished with a durable RAL black powder coating, ensuring durability and a sophisticated aesthetic. Hitech also welcomes requests for personalized finishes and colors, demonstrating the company's commitment to providing customized solutions that meet specific industry requirements.
