Building on the success of our Bulk Racks, HITECH introduces the Pallet Racking System—a refined solution specifically designed for heavy-duty industrial storage. This system inherits the strength of its predecessor and is optimized for robust performance in demanding environments.

Robust Construction

The Pallet Racking System features durable 16-gauge steel upright posts with integrated slots, allowing for easy attachment of equally strong 16-gauge steel step beams. The inclusion of diagonal bracing enhances stability, ensuring reliable performance in tough warehouse conditions.

Maximized Vertical Storage

Unlike the Bulk Racks, which include shelves, the Pallet Racking System is designed to maximize vertical space. Pallets are placed directly on the step beams, providing a flexible storage solution that accommodates various pallet sizes and types while facilitating easier access to stored goods.

Enhanced Versatility

This system is engineered for seamless compatibility with forklifts and pallet jacks, streamlining the loading and unloading process. The strong framework allows for the addition of nuts and bolts to further secure the structure, ensuring the safety and security of your stored materials.

Customizable Dimensions

Understanding that storage needs vary, HITECH offers customizable sizes for the Pallet Racking System. Choose from depths of 600 mm to 1200 mm, widths of 1800 mm to 3000 mm, and upright heights from 2400 mm to 5400 mm to perfectly suit your storage configuration.

Durable Finish

For a long-lasting and visually appealing finish, the Pallet Racking System features galvanized surfaces for enhanced durability. The system is also powder-coated in a distinctive blue and orange color scheme, combining functionality with a modern aesthetic to meet today’s industrial storage needs.
